Identifying information requested on our course registration forms is required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for accountability of public funds provided to the California STD/HIV Prevention Training Center (CA PTC). Periodically, our funding sources request aggregate data reflecting the demographics of our training audience. Additionally, educational accreditation for provision of professional continuing education courses requires the CA PTC to collect clinical license numbers. Data collection via this website is for administrative purposes including promotion of future educational and training events sponsored by the CA PTC. The CA PTC does not provide data nor sell its mailing lists to commercial entities.
